Where is Kourier Express located?

Kourier Express is located in Lilliput, St. James, Jamaica. We focus on serving Lilliput, Rose Hall, Greenwood, Ironshore, Montego Bay, and nearby communities.

What services do you offer?

We offer USA Air Freight, USA Sea Freight, China Air Freight, China Sea Freight, package processing, invoice support, package tracking updates, and customer support.

How are USA Air rates calculated?

USA Air is J$850 for the first pound and J$650 for each additional pound. Weight rounds up to the next full pound before pricing.

How are sea freight rates calculated?

Sea freight is charged by volume only. USA Sea is US$12 per cubic foot with a 3 cubic foot minimum. China Sea is US$30 per cubic foot with a 7 cubic foot minimum.

Do I need to send my invoice?

Yes. Customers must send invoices or receipts to help with processing and customs clearance.

What items can I ship?

Common items include clothing, shoes, electronics, accessories, gifts, and household items. Check with us before shipping commercial stock or restricted items.

Are there restricted or banned items?

Yes. Firearms, ammunition, weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, and other prohibited items are not accepted.

How will I know when my package is ready?

You will receive updates when your package has arrived and is ready for pickup.

  • Name & Number: Ensure your name and Kourier mailbox number are on every package.
  • Customs Duties: USA route packages over US$100 declared value are subject to Jamaica Customs duties.
  • Banned Items: Cash, hazardous items, firearms, ammunition, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
